Our Leadership Team

�鶹��ý’s Leadership Team comprises the Executive Committee and other senior leaders who contribute to the strategic and operational success of the Group.

Members of the �鶹��ý Executive Committee are formally appointed by the Board of Directors. Under the leadership and direction of the CEO, they are responsible for the management of the Group as a dedicated, cohesive and results-driven body. They take key decisions together, requiring majority votes to pass resolutions.

Alongside the Executive Committee, additional senior leaders form part of the broader Leadership Team, playing a significant role in accelerating �鶹��ý’s growth and delivering on our NextGen Growth 2030 strategy across functions and regions.

�鶹��ý's Executive Committee consists of Miljan Gutovic, Steffen Kindler, Simon Kronenberg, Dragan Maksimovic, Oliver Osswald, Martin Kriegner, Lukas Studer, Carmen Diaz and Ram Muthu.
