New Member of the Senior Management of Â鶹´«Ã½ Ltd
Xavier Dedullen has been appointed Head of the newly created Legal and Compliance function, as well as Group General Counsel. As Corporate Functional Manager he will be a member of Â鶹´«Ã½ Senior Management effective June 28, 2013. He reports directly to the Group CEO with a functional dotted line to the Board of Directors. As Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Group General Counsel, Xavier Dedullen assumes responsibility for all legal and compliance matters.
He holds a Master in Law form the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, and an LL.M. in General Legal Studies (corporate and securities law) from New York University, School of Law in the US.
