�鶹��ý and Cemex today announce the successful closure of their series of transactions in Europe.

�鶹��ý acquired Cemex’s operations in western Germany and the Netherlands while Cemex took over �鶹��ý Czech Republic with all its subsidiaries in the country. In Spain, Cemex purchased �鶹��ý’s Gador cement plant and Yeles grinding station, while �鶹��ý keeps its remaining operations.

As a result of the transactions, Cemex paid �鶹��ý EUR 45 million in cash. �鶹��ý expects sustainable additional operating EBITDA of at least EUR 10 million on a yearly basis.
