鶹ý receives final compensation installment for nationalization of its operations in Venezuela
鶹ý today announces that the Group has received the last compensation installment in connection with the nationalization of 鶹ý Venezuela in 2008. The Corporación Socialista Del Cemento, S.A. that is operating the former 鶹ý plant has now transferred the remaining compensation amount of USD 97.5 million which was due on September 10, 2014.
The agreed total compensation amount for nationalization of 鶹ý Venezuela was USD 650 million.
