Alfonso was appointed Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer in September 2023.
Background
In his current role, Alfonso plays a pivotal role in developing customer-centric commercial and branding initiatives, implementing Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s circular construction strategy and advancing decarbonization innovation projects.
Having joined Â鶹´«Ã½ in February 2023 as Head of Strategy and Sustainability for Europe, Alfonso brings extensive industry experience. He started his career managing large-scale construction projects, including renewable energy developments, before transitioning into sales and general management roles. He has worked across ten countries in Europe and Africa.
A Spanish national born in 1980, Alfonso holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Transport from Escuela Politécnica de Madrid, as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
